Recipe: Easiest Salad Dressing Ever (And Delicious)!

This really is the easiest salad dressing ever.

Almond butter dressing adds a light sweetness to your salads. Spread it on some flax crackers. And use it for a tasty dip for vegetables.

This is often my go to salad dressing. Not just because it is easy- which it really is. But because it is delicious and the healthy fats help increase the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients from the greens in my salad. [1]

Nuts help prevent disease, increase longevity and even help with weight loss.

Do your best to get raw organic almond butters. They really do have more nutrients and enzymes than the roasted varieties.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar almond butter (250g or 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup water *You will have to adjust this based upon the thickness of the almond butter you use and how thick you want your dressing to be.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put in a blender and blend.
  • Or, just stir well with a spoon.

    Too funny, because almond butter dressing is exactly what I’m eating right now! 😀 I do add balsamic vinegar, garlic and spices to mine in addition. It’s wonderful! I make a bunch at once and then use it over the next few days.
